External Corner Sheet Metal

External corner flashing (or external corner profile/trim) is an L-shaped complementary construction element used in prefabricated buildings, containers, and sandwich panel

wall installations to cover, protect, and provide an aesthetic appearance to the 90-degree corner points where two wall panels meet on the outside. Its main duty is to protect

the structure from external factors by closing the gaps at the corner joints.

• Sealing and Protection: It prevents rainwater, wind, dust, and pests from entering through the corner joint points.
• Contribution to Thermal Insulation: It increases the energy efficiency of the building by sealing potential thermal bridges (air leaks) at the corners.
• Aesthetic Appearance: It gives the building a clean, finished architectural line by hiding the roughness and screws at the cutting lines of the panels.
• Color and Material Variety: It is generally produced from painted galvanized steel sheet in the same color (RAL codes) as the sandwich panels to provide visual integration.
• Flexible Dimensions: It can be bent in desired wing widths (for example, 5x5 cm, 10x10 cm, or 15x15 cm) depending on the thickness of the project and the panel.
