Ceiling flashing sheet (or ceiling accessory profile/trim) is a complementary construction element used in prefabricated buildings, containers, and sandwich panel structures to cover,

fix, and provide an aesthetic transition at the upper lines where wall panels meet ceiling panels or roof trusses. Depending on the project details, it is bent in a U or L shape to ensure

a smooth finish along the ceiling line.

• Air and Dust Sealing: It prevents dust, wind, and air leaks that could come from the upper layer by sealing potential gaps between the walls and the ceiling.
• Visual Integration and Aesthetics: It gives the interior a clean ceiling line by hiding rough images, screws, and joint lines at the top cutting points of the panels.
• Insulation Support: It directly contributes to the heating and cooling efficiency of the building by sealing thermal bridges at the ceiling and wall junction.
• Material and Color Harmony: It is generally produced from oven-painted or galvanized steel sheets in the same color (RAL codes) to visually integrate with the ceiling or wall panels.
• Lightweight and Easy Installation: It has a lightweight structure that does not put excessive load on the ceiling. It can be mounted to the panels very quickly using self-drilling screws or rivets.
