Every product you purchase is under the manufacturer's warranty.

You can return the product in its original condition, without opening/damaging/altering the packaging or using the product, within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Please return the product with a petition or return form including the product invoice and your order number.

If you think the package was damaged during shipment, open and check it in front of the delivery company representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the shipping company prepare a report. Please note that by accepting the product upon delivery, you acknowledge that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duties.

Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or otherwise altered will not be accepted.

The customer is obligated to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered and, if used, to compensate for the loss in commercial value of the goods due to use.

If the customer returns the product or cancels their purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. The refund to the credit card will be processed by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no control over this timeframe.

If any opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, or other such conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.

For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized service centers of the manufacturer should be contacted.

In cases where the above conditions are met, the shipping fee for returned products will be paid by the customer.

Bank transfer refunds within 2 business days, Credit card refunds within 3 business days. The process will be completed within [time]. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to contact your bank's credit card service. After you receive the "Cancelled" notification regarding your order, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank you used for the transfer. For installment sales, refunds are reflected as a positive balance on your credit card by your bank each month.
