Sliding Cold Room Door

• Door insulation is available in 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, and 140 mm thicknesses, filled with 42 kg/m³ CFC-free polyurethane (PUR) foam.
• Available in two main models, featuring composite plastic or stainless steel (inox) accessories, depending on the selected hardware.
• The guide rail, rollers, handles, and other accessories are manufactured from composite materials and AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Standard production includes 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheets on both sides of the door leaf, powder-coated in RAL 9002.
• AISI 304 stainless steel or PVC-coated steel sheet is available as an optional finish.
• For standard cold storage rooms, the door leaf is equipped with a single-row special rubber gasket. For frozen storage rooms, the fixed frame includes an easily replaceable heating resistance when required.
• Fixed PVC frame (special hygienic PVC profile).
• Door leaf manufactured with anodized aluminum profiles.
• Can be manufactured as right-opening or left-opening.
• Available in sizes up to 300 × 400 cm and custom-made to the required clear opening dimensions.
