• Door insulation is available in 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, and 140 mm thicknesses, filled with 42 kg/m³ CFC-free polyurethane (PUR) foam.
• Manufactured using 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheet, electrostatically powder-coated in RAL 9002 (25µ) and protected with a removable film.
• AISI 304 stainless steel or PVC-coated steel sheet is available as an optional finish.
• 3-sided fixed PVC frame (special hygienic PVC profile).
• Heating resistance on all three sides of the fixed frame.
• Anodized aluminum profiles on the movable door leaf frame.
• Single-row gasket on three sides of the movable door leaf and a specially designed bottom gasket for threshold-free doors.
• Adjustable rising hinge design (10 mm).
• Easy heating resistance replacement.
